Hero’s Pride has a new look, a new shopping experience, and more powerful tools to help you find products, customize your designs, and place orders.

A few important changes to know
- Reset your password at launch — Existing Hero’s Pride customers will need to reset their password the first time they sign in.
- Re-add saved payment cards — Previously stored Hero’s Pride payment cards will need to be added again in the new system.
- PayPal and Amazon checkout are no longer available — Hero’s Pride customers can use available credit card and other supported payment options instead.

- A new custom designing experience — Start designing directly from the product page, reuse existing designs where available, and easily review your proof.
- Instant pricing and direct ordering — Most Hero’s Pride products can now be priced and ordered directly, without waiting for a quote.
- New custom product categories — Shop and submit custom design orders for Patches and Transfers, Badges, Pins, Coins, and Letters through tailored product experiences.
- WEVision artwork assistance — Get AI-powered help optimizing artwork and previewing your design before submitting a Design Request.
- A modern checkout — Complete your purchase through one streamlined checkout with clearer pricing, shipping, and payment information.
- New Lists — Save items and create reusable order templates for faster repeat purchases.
- A unified account dashboard and enhanced features — Manage orders, Lists, addresses, users, invoices, Design Requests, and quotes in one place.
- Multiple users and locations for Dealers — Hero’s Pride Dealer accounts can now support multiple users and locations.
- Improved quoting — Review, manage, and convert quotes to orders from your account.
- Better email notifications — Receive refreshed order, shipping, Design Request, quote, delivery, and account communications.
